- Washing sofas, rugs or mattresses
- Taking away rubble or building waste
When you need it
- When
- Before moving in or after moving out, after building work, or once a season.

- Four to eight hours for a flat; a large house or an after-works clean can take a day.

What to tell the pro

What to ask them

- Will you come back if a spot is missed?

How much does a deep clean cost?
It depends on the size of the home, how dirty it is, what you want included and the day. With tabhood you set your maximum and only pros whose price fits are asked.
How is it different from a regular clean?
A deep clean reaches what a weekly clean doesn’t: inside cupboards, behind appliances, grout, skirting boards and limescale. It’s done now and then, not every week.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. You can arrange the keys with the pro; you see their terms before you say yes.
Can I repeat it every season?
Yes. Your request can become a tab: before each clean your agent asks, and you say yes or skip.
What if no pro fits my price?
You see the closest public price and decide. Your request can stay open and we message you when a pro fits.
